Payment Options

Payment: We accept VISA or MasterCard. If applicable, co-payments are due at time of service. Any patient experiencing difficulty in paying a bill should contact our billing office to develop a payment schedule. After 90 days, a monthly interest charge of 1% will be added to all accounts.
